How long will it take to receive my patches?
Sample time: 5~7 days depending on size
Production time: 7~10 days depending on Qty.

What is the difference between 2D and 3D?
2D designs only have one layer of raised metal while 3D have multiple layers of raised metal.

Please email your ideas, descriptions or sketch. Our artist will help you create the design.
How do I custom my coins and pins?
We don’ t have stock products. All coins and pins are custom. Please fill the free quote form and just email us for all details, we will quote and do mock up for you.

Can I get my money back if the quality is not good?
If we did the color wrong, or did the backing style wrong, or any problem that make the final products not match the sample picture we sent, we will refund or remake the pins and coins for you.
